ER 5 yrs, peds, ortho, med surg 10 yrs, oncology 1 yr, home health & infusion

PROS:

Team players, new friends & ways of doing things, experiencing new places, love the mountains, and woods. Adventures on the road.

CONS:

Coworkers who aren't team players, high patient ratios, unsafe conditions, facilities not travel friendly, crossing picket lines

Med Surg shift supervisor

PROS:

Coworkers are really great. Scheduling has gotten better now. Would recommend work here if the pay was only better. Hopefully it will improve.

CONS:

Pay not so great. Base salary needs increased.

Good team support It's a smaller town get to see a lot of different patients. It's a close team and good team atmosphere

Very nice place to work, family oriented, excellent coworkers. Pay is average, benefits are okay a little steep in price. The.only downfall to working at LRMC is they need to pay their staff better to keep less turn around.
