Neurology ICU (Neuro ICU)

Neuro ICU RN, charge nurse, bedside nurse

PROS:

Wonderful team atmosphere with extremely helpful and friendly co-workers, collaborators, and management.

CONS:

There is no down side to this unit. It is a large 32-bed neuro ICU in a Magnet hospital filled with employees who understand and respect the value of nursing.

Team work, friendly atmosphere, great management, helpful, great clinical skills, schedule flexibility , no holidays or weekends, manadotory call shifts easily picked up by other staff that want the overtime
