Great coworkers, currently updating facilities, quality of care is higher than anywhere else I have worked, would recommend working at cancer hospital for the state of the art facilities

Pay average for market, scheduling can be an issue

Coworkers are very supportive. It has a union that guarantees nurse to patient ratios. Health benefits and retirement are excellent.

PROS:

Ratio is a very acceptable limet. I have not worked her but this is what I am informed of by associates.

CONS:

Scheduling is challenging according to associates that work there. I have not been employed here.

i work with a great team, the teamwork is amazing. Pay is comparable. the patient population is mixed and I love taking care of people.

ratios with high acuity of patients. I would imagine this is common based on the growing population of patients within healthcare.

Great place to work. Staff works great together and make you feel very welcome. Management was very helpful. Flexible scheduling.

PROS:

Friendly staff, some very welcoming, Pay is subpar, pay their staff nurses better. Great patient to nurse ratios, management accessible

CONS:

Pay for parking monthly, mile trek from parking lot, mid shift floating, expense area

Neurology

Great travel assignment

PROS:

Co-workers, schedule, teaching hospital, float, opportunity to work in different areas. Football, columbus has a lot to offer

CONS:

Having to Pay to park in order to work. Everything is so spread out, required to travel distance for work requirements

Home Health (Hospice)

RN Case Manager

PROS:

Competitive pay, great staff, company cars. Offers home health for both skilled nursing and Hospice. Management is very friendly and kind.

CONS:

Must be willing to drive quite a bit, turnover rate tends to be a bit rapid.
