Operating Room (OR)

I like my job but we have some issues that need to be addressed

PROS:

My coworkers are hard working and highly skilled in the service they work for. The hospital I work for have a lot of resource personal during the day

CONS:

Our pay grade is not the best. They strive to pay the nurses in the 50 Th percentile. Also we have scheduling issues. We can not get a day off. Our schedule is not completed until the day it starts and management changes

Jefferson is a hospital where you will gain a lot of experience and you will have a lot of support along the way. It's a very fast pace hospital located in center city.
