PROS:

They pay is excellent, but the health insurance is poor and not widely excepted by local physician groups. Also, some units are having issues with schedules being changed and management denying PTO time.

PROS:

Scheduling is very easy. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you and teach you new things to help you grow

CONS:

mandating when weather gets bad, pay isn't the greatest, they won't hire LPN outside of their physician group Offices.
