PROS:

Management for icu really does care about making it better. You work mostly with residents. Staffing has been short lately, saying that sometimes you have 3 pts to 1 nurse. That's the max. You generally get great help from the other nurses. We get everything on the micu SICU and bicu. Pay and benefits are great. Parking is horrible.
