There seems to be an exodus of staff - many people leaving for similar reasons, no emotional and psychological support of the staff and a recent receipt of a multi-million dollar grant and none of us are seeing anything beneficial, other than increased admissions of inappropriate patients and potentially fraudulent activities.

The politics are endless, as are all the in-service trainings and chart audits and continued / repetitive re-Credentialing items that are literally the same year after year. It's really become obvious to me that this organization is just a business looking to make money at the end of the day, and they will do whatever they have to do to make that happen.
