Emergency Room (ER)

Four Stars

PROS:

It's a nice hospital to work at, and it's nicer than most I've worked at. It's busy, and the Manager is supportive. It's really busy, not a large hospital, and the area is beautiful. There is a lot to do there. It's not a trauma facility, but they do have their own cath lab, OB, and a great OR.

CONS:

They treat their nurses like they're expendable because they are. If you can make it pass the 90 day mark you're golden but it's a big if
