The unit I work on has a good team spirit, and good moral. The management is positive and supportive. There is flexibility within the schedule which is good for continuing education and vacations.

Unit educator keeps you aware of new and changing procedures. Staff is well educated and can be used as a resource.

Other than the compensation, there is nothing negatice to say.

It is a good place to work. My fellow nurses are great and supportive. I just feel that management doesn't have much to offer for support. Our staffing allowances are ridiculous.
