PROS:

The pay, coworkers, and kids are amazing. The schedule is flexible and many opportunities for switches. Every third weekend. 50% Rotation to night shift. 8 and 12 hour shifts.

CONS:

Poor management, poor education opportunities.

PROS:

Fast paced and intense. Be prepared to take care of some of the sickest kids in the world and to grapple with some hard ethics. Innovative teaching hospital. Wide variety of patients and a wealth of experience
