Operating Room (OR)

Four Stars

PROS:

Hard to say. I love it but some don't. But for me it's a awesome place to work. Staff is great, helpful. Management open to talk and listens to your side of the situation.

CONS:

None

Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Four Stars

PROS:

Seniority means everything and it takes A LONG time to build seniority because we have a HIGH retention rate which is both good and bad for obvious reasons (people love their jobs but don't expect to get a great schedule for a while and be prepared to work most holidays for at least 10+ years)

CONS:

None
