The good with the bad

PROS:

The staff and patients were all very welcoming and friendly.

CONS:

Broken contract which was not my fault. They signed to start my contract before the background check was complete. I've worked 4 weeks and 2 days, they decided to send me home until my check was complete

The administration of the hospital consistently changes from the top on down. There have been great changes that were beneficial to staff and patients, however those have since been changed back to older, out-dated ways. The pay and benefits do not end up as promised. Change over is very high.
