PROS:

Pros include: Nurse patient ratio, supportive co-workers and administration, thorough orientation, perks, atmosphere and environment, free shuttle to the Metro Stations

CONS:

Cons include: No parking, the hospital mainly hires part time employees, thus there are few benefits, cost of living is extremely high
