If you want to serve your community then this is the the place for you. It is not fancy or high tech, but I love the diverse population. We don't turn anyone away.

Great benefits if you can get a "coded" position (as opposed to per diem). I can only speak for the pedi unit which is fabulous.

PROS:

It's a wild place, county hospital. See a lot of really sick cases. Also, we are a Level 1 Trauma Center.
