PROS:

Facility, training, management, benefits are amazing. Friendly staff who enjoy their workplace. They recognize their employees for their achievements and even have Xmas bonus

CONS:

Pay is comparable for the area but not nearly as high as surrounding cities. Often they are short staffed and have to float nurses accordingly

Coworkers, retirement plan, promote continue learning pay back portion of loans central location room for advancement Dr's are great to work with some even enjoy teaching

Parking sometimes do not have all equipments requested by Dr for surgery management sometimes not all on board

Great hosp with excellent staff and management, nurse to patient ratio excellent 8 or 12 hours shifts with ratio of 4/1. Quick care in ER to shorten pt stay.

It's Great but it is very difficult to get a job in San Diego it is very competitive The Hospital is very Large with many different kinds of floors. most of the floors are in the new tower 6 stories. IR Cardiac Neuro and 6 Mri suites
