Neonatal ICU (NICU)

One Star

PROS:

None

CONS:

I would tell them it is required to float, no choice! Also Staffing picks your schedule. And they are getting ready to only allow travelers only 8 hr shifts! Also, they push they're babies hard and have horrible outcomes.

Telemetry

Three Stars

PROS:

Great place if you stay out of the politics. People who are not liked get fired, fast. I make more per hour than you have on the options list...$60/HR and up for experienced staff nurses 😊

CONS:

None
