Postpartum (Perinatal)

Worked with some awesome nurses and some that were not so awesome

PROS:

Pay is competitive. 3 couplets per nurse.

CONS:

Sometimes have to take 4th couplet if short staffed. Don't always have a PCA or unit clerk. Charge nurse often has a pt load

I was at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital. I loved it there. It's still a relatively small hospital where everyone knows each other. Small town feel. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. The time I was there I felt we truly worked as a team.
