Difficult culture

PROS:

Cool city, above avg wages, variety of outdoor activities close by year round, great sight seeing with whale watching, fishing, skiing

CONS:

Union culture, not traveler friendly, city traffic horrible, January and February weather is dreary, wet, cold

Coworkers and pay.. the facility is nice and updated

CONS:

Scheduling and drive time to work. Working nights is difficult especially when u have only now night off in between shifts
