Intensive Care (Critical Care, CCU, ICU)

Wonderful Place to Work

PROS:

Honestly, this is an amazing hospital to work at. There are lots of seasoned nurses that are very knowledgeable and want to help you. I had some tough days here due to some old seasoned nurses and DR that could not be respectful of young green me, but for the most part Clovis was a wonderful experience. I would have never left had it not been for unforeseen circumstances, but I would recommend a travel assignment or a permanent assignment any day. The ICU is full of wonderful talented people that make working not only enjoyable, but safe. One thing with Cl0ovis is they have staff support such as PCT, MT, CNA. This is something that you will never realize is so amazing until you no longer have it. Clovis has good staffing ratios and treats all of their employees with fairness. Another high point for Clovis is the approachability of HR and the Management team including the house supervisors, whom are all so amazing.
