Medical-Surgical (MS, Med-Surg)

not the best pay, bad management

PROS:

With a small hospital, coworkers are definitely a pro as there is a "home" environment which provides support and comfort. They also provide self-scheduling which is great, especially with more than one job

CONS:

management, salary
