I was rotated in ICU

PROS:

Assist patients in providing treatment & care. Monitor patient recovery and progress. Administered medication.Monitor vital signs BP,Temperature, Pulse, Respiratory Rate, Saturated Oxygen level and pain.

CONS:

RN needs to help patient in some physical demand like assistance in walking or leaving their beds.

Be more hard working & patient advocate. Always come on time. I'm was rotated to ICU and step down unit while doing reciprocity .

A lot of peer to peer resort! Great atmosphere to work in. Great peer to peer resort! Sweet and understanding doctors.

It is a good hospital, predominantly Spanish speaking patients. Good nursing staff, I made a lot of friends here. Nursing patient ratio is never more than 4-1. Good location, close to DTLA

Unless you are Filipino or Hispanic, DONT. The only time my co workers speak English is during report! Get ready to be an outcast if you don't speak Tagalog. And most patients speak Spanish. So unless you also speak Spanish that blue phone will be your best (and only) friend!
