Step-down

Overall it has been good

PROS:

Coworkers are great. Patient. Kind. Don't mind teaching. Most doctored are wonderful about teaching too. No weekends.

CONS:

insurance is mediocre . High deductibles. Raises are very small. Pay could be better. Policies and procedures are unclear and difficult to find, therefore there is no consistency

Progressive Care

Three Stars

PROS:

Insufficient staffing. Plenty of overtime available. Ok benefits, not great. Super friendly people.

CONS:

None
