They don't use cna's and if they do its rare they assist the nurses. They are always short staffed. Chatting is excessive such as hourly chatting on both the computer and paper in addition to other forms of charting. Lack of support by upper management to staff units. People are friendly. Unit is laid back overall.

This is a very traveler friendly hospital and a good place to work. I do not dread going to work because our group works as a team, regardless of whether you are an employee or a traveler. You do have to accept there are those handful or more who get the same assignments each time.
