Medical-Surgical (MS, Med-Surg)

RN

PROS:

Union positions available and newer equipment. Mentor nurses were very nice and eager to teach. Environment was friendly and positive.

CONS:

Diagnosis care. Not an holistic approach. Patients were in holding rooms for extended periods awaiting rooms and discharges were surprises to patients and done fast with re admit rate high.
