Pay is great. The hospital is state of the art. Tricities is a great place to live, between Seattle and Spokane.

this hospital is in a great area. safe housing an and is a great place to raise children, good community, can offer flexible scheduling.

CONS:

sometimes short staffed, management cares more about placing the patients in the bed than patient safety
