CONS:

Do not start here as a new RN. You will not receive any feedback as to your doing good or bad. Policies are set in stone for some but others are shipped to the wolves. Do not plan on getting a true orientation but plan on trouble when you make a mistake!

Schedules are provided to you including shift, rotation. The schedules are never permanent and can always be changed by management. Self scheduling is unavailable. The company does not offer a 401k retirement plan, but rather a 403b savings plan.
