labor and delivery is awesome, staff is great

PROS:

coworkers, scheduling, support of doctors and midwifes, active unit -very receptive to travelers, everyone works well as a team with good moral, positive and energetic staff

Medical-Surgical (MS, Med-Surg)

Med surg

PROS:

Coworkers state of the art facility everyone works together well doctors are great, computer system is a breeze 12 hour shifts

CONS:

5:1 ratio on Med surg/ oncology floor with high acuity

Psychiatric (Mental Health)

RN

PROS:

staff super friendly and helpful, very nice grounds. I am from Texas, the staffing coordinator managed my schedule so that I would have several days off consecutively so I could go home to see my kids.

CONS:

none that I can think of, I would do another assignment there.
