PROS:

Coworkers are great. Nurse manager is awesome. 9 hour shifts, self schedule, new facility, easy parking (free). Downtown location, most physicians are nice.

coworkers! environment, pay, flexibility, work area, schedule, hospital setting, and so much more. i love working here and wish i could travel with the hospital

PROS:

Great team work with nursing staff, wonderful and friendly hospital staff, welcoming floor, advanced safety and education training

CONS:

Ortho is physically demanding floor and repetitive because of the same surgeries. High turn over among staff. Busy busy floor!
