Ambulatory Care

RN

PROS:

The Patients, doctors and nurses are wonderful to work with. It feels like a family and I look forward to going to work everyday!!

CONS:

Better Pay, incentives and retention bonuses are not given

Labor & Delivery (L&D)

A nightmare beware !!!!!!!

PROS:

You're treated like gold if you are related to an executive or a certain ethnic group, otherwise, you have to watch your back. Nepotism at its finest level.

CONS:

Cut throat and caddy culture. Not ever allowed to hold anyone accountable or you won't have a job yourself. Professional doctor/nurse boundaries are skewed to the point of unprofessional fraternization. Administration rewards bad staff behavior and only worried about turn over. Always remember it starts from the top.

Telemetry

Friendly and helpful
