Friendly and helpful
Pay, schedule, co-workers , facility is awesome and clean . Located downtown near many awesome places to go sight seeing and great restraunts.
Been here six years and love it.
Friendly staff, understanding bosses, tuition reimbursement. Flexible hours for students. Options for growth all the time. Great team work. And a great learning environment.
Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU)
Everything, mostly the pay and the ways they manage the building is just essential to nurses.
Not really much bad that I encountered made me think it was a bad hospital it was an exceptional job that the staff did there.
Case Management (CM)
Experience, diversity, improving skill set, ability to move around to other units, staff are bonded, see a variety of patients from around that region in the state
Downtown hospital, trenches, lower socio-economic
This is a fast paced hospital & you must learn to work independently. Staff supporting each other is key to success.
Intensive Care (Critical Care, CCU, ICU)
Always be on time hospital os beautiful doesnt look like one. Get all your security clearance before you start. Very united staff
Medical-Surgical (MS, Med-Surg)
It's a great place to work
It's a great unit to learn prioritization and amazing time management. It's very challenging but the nurses are very knowledgeable and supportive.
Working with a great team makes everything bareable.
I would have wanted to know the staffing and management issues and the fact that they are always on "Safe Harbor" which is dangerous for the nurses and patients
